ClinicIQ is a new operation — why should I trust it?
Fair question, and here's the honest answer: ClinicIQ was founded in 2025 by John Saenz, a Registered Nurse with over 5 years of hands-on GP clinic experience, and it's deliberately small — you deal directly with the person who builds and supports every tool. Rather than ask you to take marketing on faith, every tool has a genuinely free tier and Pro is month-to-month with no lock-in, so you can prove the value on your own shift before spending anything. RACGP alignment and documentation-safety limits are spelled out plainly on this page rather than oversold.
What does it mean to be a pilot practice?
ClinicIQ is currently onboarding a small number of pilot GP practices — practices that run one or more of the apps (NursEpod3, cIQventory, PIPQI, Docsert AI) on their real, everyday workflows. Practices join for three reasons: hands-on setup and training from the nurse who built the tools, a direct support line to the founder instead of a ticket queue, and a genuine say in what gets built next. Pricing doesn't change — every tool keeps its free tier and Pro stays month-to-month ($29–$39 per tool, no lock-in). Are the documentation tools safe to use?
The documentation tools (like Docsert AI) sort and structure your documents — outputs are drafts you review, edit and finalise before use, and you stay responsible for the content. Docsert AI is a document productivity tool, not a medical device: it never replaces clinical judgement and doesn't provide clinical advice. It's non-PHI by design: don't enter identifiable patient information (you'll see the reminder banner on the tools page).
Do you use AI in your own work?
Yes. ClinicIQ uses AI tools and automation to research, draft and prepare documents and deliverables. Nothing goes out unchecked — every deliverable is reviewed by a human before it reaches you, and outputs are drafts you verify for accuracy and fit for your practice before relying on them. This is set out plainly in our Terms of Service, and engaging our services means you accept it.
Can I use my own account and expense Pro later?
Yes. Pro subscriptions are month-to-month per tool ($29–$39), so many nurses start on their own account, prove the time savings, then ask the practice to cover it. If your practice later wants consolidated billing or a team arrangement, get in touch.
Is healthcare automation RACGP compliant?
Our automation tools are designed to align with the record-keeping, privacy and care-plan expectations set out in the RACGP Standards for General Practices (6th ed., published August 2026). Accreditation is independently assessed by an external surveying body, not conferred by software. Templates and documentation are reviewed as the Standards evolve, and practices remain responsible for confirming they meet their own accreditation requirements.
How do you ensure patient data privacy?
Patient data privacy is protected through industry-standard security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, and secure authentication. Systems comply with Australian Privacy Principles and healthcare-specific regulations. Patient data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for their own use. Access is limited to authorised personnel and trusted sub-processors (such as hosting and backup providers) bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. ClinicIQ Solutions holds IT liability and cyber liability insurance, and a certificate of currency is available on request. Enquiry and chat data is backed up to encrypted off-site cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and is automatically deleted after 24 months under our data retention policy.
How long does it take to get started?
Minutes for the self-serve tools: create an account and start on the free tier. Broader practice-wide rollouts, including staff training and customisation, are scoped during a consultation.
Will the tools take long to learn?
No — they're designed to be intuitive, and most nurses are confident with the core features within a few hours. Training materials, video tutorials and live support are provided during onboarding.
What does it cost?
The ready-made tools are self-serve: every one has a free tier, and Pro is $29–$39/month per tool, month-to-month with no lock-in. Bespoke practice-wide builds are quoted separately — you can start free and decide later.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Most solutions operate month-to-month with no long-term contracts, because we believe in earning your business through results rather than lock-in. Enterprise solutions may carry different terms based on implementation requirements.
Do your tools integrate with my Practice Management System?
PMS integration is currently in our development pipeline. We are working to enable seamless integration with major Australian PMS platforms including Best Practice, Medical Director, and Zedmed, as well as HotDoc and other healthcare tools. What happens if the system goes down?
Your practice keeps running. Systems are hosted on reliable cloud infrastructure with redundancy and regular data backups. In the unlikely event of downtime, you can continue with manual processes and sync data once systems are restored.
What kind of time savings can I expect?
