Hello! I'm John Saenz, the founder and driving force behind ClinicIQ Solutions. As a Registered Nurse with over 5 years of hands-on experience in GP clinics, I've lived the daily challenges that healthcare professionals face - from mountains of paperwork to inefficient workflows that take time away from patient care.
My journey into healthcare technology began with a simple realization: the gap between clinical care and administrative efficiency was costing practices precious time and resources. With a Bachelor of Information Systems Management & Accounting from Victoria University and membership in the Golden Key Society, I bring a unique dual perspective - understanding both the clinical realities of healthcare delivery and the technical solutions that can transform practice operations.
Throughout my nursing career, I've handled troubleshooting systems, optimising workflows, and identifying gaps between clinical teams and technology. This hands-on experience, combined with my background in Quality Assurance and Data Analytics, gave me the insights needed to build solutions that actually work in real-world healthcare settings.
